TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRELIVER DECANTER FOR 2008

 

 

Nomination Form (Word Doc)

 Stud Fee for 2008

£550 

For two mares belonging to the same owner a £50 discount for each mare

For three mares belonging to the same owner a £75 discount for each mare 

 

Semen collection and distribution charges are in addition to the stud fee

 

A free return for the same mare for the 2008 season is offered if a vet certifies that the mare is not in foal by October 1st 2008.

It is now the law that a vet or AI technician approved by DEFRA and the BEVA (Can be found on BEVA website) is used for all Artificial Insemination.

 

Semen collection will be carried out by Equine Reproduction

Once you have decided to use Decanter and have had your mare checked by you vet to ensure she is viable for breeding please follow the steps below

To reserve a nomination please return the nomination form with the full stud fee. No semen will be sent out unless the full stud fee has been paid and cheques cleared or bank transfer completed.

Cheques should be made payable to G Clothier.

I will then e-mail Equine Reproduction your contact details.

As soon as you have sent the nomination form please contact Jamie and let him know roughly when you want to put you mare in foal.

Keep in contact with Jamie as he will need at least 24 hours notice to collect the semen.

All semen requests must be made directly to Jamie

Collection charges are payable directly to Equine Reproduction

Semen can be sent out chilled or if you are near to Burford, Oxfordshire you will be able to pick up fresh semen from Ulrik Molgaard and Henrietta Anderson, Furlong Farm, Nether Wescote, Oxon. OX7 6SD

As Equine Reproduction is a mobile service, collection will take place at Ulrik Molgaard's yard and unfortunately they are not able to take visiting mares.
